Under the guidance of our experienced meditation teachers, you can switch off for an hour in the warmth of the sauna and let your body and mind relax!


The goal is to develop more mindfulness for yourself and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. With the help of breathing exercises and guided dream journeys, you can “let go” and bring the focus entirely to yourself.


The temperature of the sauna is reduced to a comfortable

40-50°C during meditation.
