The warmth relaxes muscles and enhances circulation, while soothing sounds - like singing bowls or gongs - calm the mind and promote meditation.
This combination helps reduce stress, improve focus, and restore balance - a powerful way to unwind and recharge.

Join Hannah for an evening of sound healing. She creates soothing sounds that don’t just set the atmosphere - they resonate through your entire body, allowing you to feel their vibrations and guiding you into a state of profound relaxation.
Each session includes two 20-minute meditation rounds, with a 10-minute cooling break in between to enhance the effects.
The sauna temperature is reduced to approx 60°C for comfort, and group size is limited to 10 participants for an intimate experience.
At least twice a month with 2 sessions per night.
