Begin with a one-hour yoga practice to stretch, strengthen, and find your center, followed by an hour of relaxation in the sauna.
It’s the perfect combination to release tension, restore your energy, and leave feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
The perfect setting
Our yoga sessions take place in the club room of the Kieler Kanu-Klub, just next to our sauna. The room offers a stunning view across the Kieler Förde – seagulls soaring, ships passing, and the sunrise over the water. It’s the perfect setting to relax, focus, and recharge.

Our yoga instructors are what make our sessions special – they're experienced, passionate, and genuinely welcoming. Whether you're new to yoga or a regular, they’ll guide you with care and help you get the most out of every class.
Heat and dip together
After the Yoga Session the whole group will heat up together in the Sauna followed by a swim in the fresh Baltic Sea.
You will feel all benefits of Sauna. It's perfect recovery for your whole body and your mind.
And after the cold water dip you will feel completely new.
The sessions are very popular and seats are limited so book quickly in advance.

How much is a Yoga & Sauna Session?
One seat costs 25,00 ,-
Do I need to bring a yoga matt?
Yes. Please bring your own yoga matt. We don't have any spare.
What else do I need to bring?
Next to the yoga matt, we recommend breathable clothes and a water bottle to stay hydrated. For the sauna bring one towel to sit on and one to dry off after your cold dip. Finally, don't forget your swimwear.
When should I arrive?
The course starts at the given time. So please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before.
When is the next Yoga & Sauna Session?
In general it takes place weekly, alternating thursday evening at 5:45 pm and sunday morning at 7:45 am.
When can I book the session for the next month?
The sessions for the upcoming month can be booked in the middle of the previous month.
