FITNESS  & SAUNA
Free Sports for Everyone.
 
Our three sport students provide every Wednesday from 5-6 pm a free sports group to deliver a perfect fitness program. If you like, book a drop-in session from 6 to 7 pm and come by with your sports equipment and runners at 5 pm to join the group.


Procedure of the
60 minute fitness unit:

 15 minutes jogging
20-30 minutes workout
15 minutes jogging back to the sauna


Afterwards enjoy the sauna and relax.
The perfect end of the day!
